Corn Salad and Tortilla Crisp

Canned Corn
Parsley or Cilantro
Onion
Lemon
Marinated Jalapenos
Mix about 1/4  cup of corn, 2 tablespoons of parsley, one tablespoon of chopped onion, jalapeno to taste,and squeeze lemon juice on top. Mix.
Tortillas
Salt
Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the tortillas into chip shapes and brush tortillas with oil and sprinkle with salt on both sides. Bake until golden and crisp. Top the chips with the corn salad and eat!
